I am Marcel Witte, a 35 year old German currently living in the Netherlands. Since I was 18 Years old I was working in retail where I was operating in management and external sales. In 2015 age 26 I decided to leave this world behind and follow my childhood passion: Product Design.
I then obtained every necessary school diploma until I was able to Study. In 2019 I started the Industrial Product Design Bachelor at the Hanze UAS in which I graduated in 2023.

As a designer I try to combine all my strengths with my passion of crafting and problem solving. I am goal orientated and want to add value to products and its user with analytical thinking. With my competences in design skills, idea generation and prototyping I am able not only to come up with new ideas and concepts but can also set these ideas in a certain design direction with a physical prototype for visualization. I am trained in graphic design and 3D modeling and use these tools to present my ideas. Because I started as a upcycler I have a focus on sustainability whereas I support the idea that a green product has to be better and not only greener in order to succeed. When coming up with new ideas or exploring and analyzing new aspects I rely on human psychology as a helping hand in order to see under the surface of a user.
